We have had the best time getting settled at home. LJ has loved school, (aside from a mishap where he shut his pinky in a door - OUCH), and his parents have loved their free time as well as the moments when we are all together. I wanted to post some pictures from the last few days. The first few are of an afternoon with LJ's friend Shelby - she has gotten so big since we saw her last. LJ is very tall, and Shelby has stayed with him in his height at every age. They played great together - holding hands on their own, (we don't know why?), playing on the playground, throwing a football and even searching for sticks. It's so cute to watch them interact. The last picture is of LJ before he left for "picture day" at school - I'll be sure to send them out when they come back! I hope you are having a great week - we are LOVING IT at our Alabama home!

Sooo cute! We really enjoyed getting to spend time with ya'll. I see them having a great off-season together... so much fun! Sweet friends. :) I think that first pic is my favorite (I'm going to try and steal it)..
We made cupcakes tonight. You may have some waiting for u when u get home from your long day of AL football ;) Didn't have the energy to drive them out to ya'll tonight. You oppose to a few cupcakes?
Oh -- don't let me forget to tell you about the BAT hitting me in the face the other night, the night we played with ya'll. SO gross!
I just got around to catching up (work is too busy in the fall) and I love these!! Shelby & LJ are so cute together. That is so great ya'll live so close!! Hopefully there's marriage in the future??? Wouldn't you LOVE to be friends with your sons inlaws?!?! ha!
