OK, I know I've been horrible about keeping up with the blog. I have enjoyed my time with Lance home so much that I have gotten VERY behind. Including this post, there are 8 new ones. I'm going to try and be a bit better because it's no fun to do so many posts at a time -- it takes a long time!! I hope you enjoy them, though, and that you have had a great Holiday season so far!

Iron Bowl, 2008
Roll Tide! My mom kept LJ while we went to the Iron Bowl - the tide delivered beyond our wildest hopes!
We got there early to watch the team walk in to the stadium - it was mayhem!
Look at how foggy it was...misty, cool and hazy -- perfect Auburn game weather!
The only finger that matters now, Auburn, is Saban's :)
Erik and Lance were so crazy, I had to assure the fans around us that they were completely sober and/or not on any chemical substances...they are just HUGE fans! :)
Wet, cold and yucky, but we had a blast!

Christmas decorating
We had such a good time putting up our Christmas tree! LJ was enamored with the lights and ornaments. He loves that he can turn it on by pressing the button with his foot. We do that together every morning after we wake up!

Let's Bowl!
On the Friday after Thanksgiving, we went bowling with Uncle B. He is really good - has his own ball, shoes and everything! Lance throws the ball so hard he can almost battle with him, and I even got the occasional strike! My mom sat at the scorekeeper's chair and enjoyed the fun. It was an awesome way to spend a very cold, rainy Friday - and it wasn't even crowded!
Uncle B serving up a turkey!
This is LJ saying, "I did it!!"

Happy Thanksgiving!
We had a great Thanksgiving! A great crew came to our home - my grandma, sister, her boyfriend, my mom and brother. It was wonderful!
Rookie was in and out of the house, loving his playtime.
Here we are playing Balderdash - Maw-Maw didn't really like it. She said "vuggs" were, "a vegetable grown in my garden".... :)
LJ getting lots of love from Aunt "A" and Me-Maw!
A sweet picture - My mom and her mom enjoying the nice fall day.
LJ Playing on his bench :)
Playing peek-a-boo with Maw-Maw!

Happy Birthday, Shelby!
Shelby turned 2 on Novemeber 21! She is LJ's closest friend here in Alabama, and we loved celebrating with her!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Shelby!
LJ loved the pinata more than anything...well, maybe not the cake :)
Earlier that day at church...my boys in argile!

Riding the train...all alone!
We have this great little train at our mall. It's not a big mall or a big train - it just circles a fountain at the center. LJ and I go pretty often, (me for the cookie cake, him for the icing and train). The last time we went, he wanted to ride the front car with the bell. No adults can ride in that car, but he was o.k. going on his own if he could pull the string!
lovin' that icing!
